Quick recipe; Churros



Description:
as easy as 1,2,3. Great for breakfast, between lunch, and right after dinner with coffee and tea.

Ingredients:
1 cup water (237ml)
2 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoons of vanila
60 gram Unsalted Butter
1 cup all-purpose flour (240gr)
3 eggs
2 quarts oil for frying
1/2 cup white sugar, or to taste
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, boil water.
2. lower the heat into medium
3. Put in the Butter until it dissolve and followed by sugar, salt & Vanila.
4. Pour in the flour, stir until it's thick.
5. Remove the pan from heat.
6. Mix in the eggs, one by one.
7. Take out the dough from the pan, and cool it in the refrigerator for 15 mins.
(After 15mins)
8. Heat oil for frying in deep-fryer or deep skillet (medium heat)
9. Pipe strips of dough into hot oil using a pastry bag. Fry until golden; drain on paper towels.

*Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Roll drained churros in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
