Frozen | Stratum ; Solo exhibition by Arin Sunaryo

Coming to Arin's exhibition is an 'aw-gasping-amazed' kind of feeling.
The first time I lay my eyes on his artwork is love at first sight.
The splashing colors of C M Y K are brilliant.

If you see the details carefully in close, you'd see the blending colors are as if it's dancing to its particles. And when you step back, and see from afar, you'll see how the concept of Frozen.
Each canvas or should I say, each glass, is splashed by Arin and his entourage. And he then mixed it with a picture of him behinds it with the act of splashing, and you'll get to see the burst of explosions coming up to you. It’s a two-dimension piece of art with the sight of 3 dimensions.

There's also one piece of art, which is left over’s from the splash of Paints. Arin put it together and built to be like a sculpture.

In another room, there are a few of frozen paintings with monochrome colors. Between whites, grays, blacks and browns. And again, with genius, Arin put in the monochrome paints with Merapi's volcano dust.
Within just few hours, Arin sold out all of his art. Crazy.
