OPEN TABLE #1 "EXTENSION MEDITERRANEO"

Ivan and I was lucky to be a part of our friend's, Lukman Gunawan, 'Open Table' Project. Aside from his creative cooking blog, pandjalu.com, Lukman and Ipin (one of the founder of 347) made this innovating project because of their love for food. They are not professional chefs, but their passion on cooking, leads them to host and serve other people's appetite. So basically they sell a set of lunch or dinner for maximum 20 people and creating a menu from Appetizer to Dessert, including setting the table and providing the drinks. It could be anywhere. But just so happened, this time was at Tokove Kemang. 
Open Table first project was "EXTENSION MEDITERRANEO". It was initially held at a culinary event in Bandung, "Keken #3". Because it was an outdoor event, the serving was eventually stopped because of the heavy rain. And since there were a few people who came all the way from Jakarta to buy the dinner set. Open Table promised to replace it in Jakarta. So few weeks later, with the help from Tokove, they successfully held it as an exchange of the post-poned serving in Bandung.
This time, Lukman and Ipin had a help from their friend, Arief from Gaza Resto in Bandung.
